Terms of sale

These terms cover sarees, dupattas and shawls bought on this website. The contract is made when your payment succeeds and we email the order confirmation. Until then, a piece can be reserved in your bag but it is not sold.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Silk sarees are billed under HSN 50072010. Silk dupattas and shawls are billed under HSN 50072090. The rate set on this site is 5 percent, split as CGST and SGST when the delivery is inside Maharashtra and as IGST when it is in another state or union territory. The legal name, GSTIN and registered office are shown on the bill once they have been added to the house settings. Please treat a bill issued before that GSTIN is on file as a bill of the sale, and ask us if you need a revised tax invoice.

The code DIWALI takes 10 percent off through 11 November 2026, India time. It cannot be exchanged for cash. Complimentary shipping applies to orders of ₹15,000 or more before that code. Below that, insured courier is ₹350 plus GST, shown as ₹367.50.

We may cancel an order if a piece is no longer available or if we cannot verify the address. If we cancel, we refund the payment in full. Risk in the saree passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we receive payment.
