Privacy policy

Kalavastram collects the details you give us in order to sell you a saree and to answer a note: your name, address, phone, email, and a GSTIN if you choose to give one for a business invoice.

Payment is taken by Razorpay. Card numbers, UPI PINs and netbanking passwords are entered on Razorpay’s page. They are not stored on this website.

We use the address to ship the order, the email and phone to send the bill and the tracking note, and the order record to meet our accounting duty. We do not sell your details. A courier receives only the name, address and phone needed to deliver the parcel.

Enquiry notes sent from the contact and exhibition forms are kept in the site’s private admin, and a copy is emailed to the house.

You may ask for a copy of the details we hold, or ask us to correct them, by writing to hello@kalavastram.com. Orders and tax invoices are kept for the period Indian law requires.
